Death Penalty
The death penalty should be reserved for the most severe capital crimes (e.g. murder one, treason) and should be carried out swiftly after the Supreme Court decides that the case was handled properly and that the sentence was fair and just.

Prison Life
Prisoners should not have life any easier than those of us who have to work for a living. They should get: No cable/satelite TV (satelite TV only where broadcast is not available and then no Premium channels); Radio; Access to library materials; Workout equipment to keep them fit (not to let them bulk up); Chain gang assignments according to their physical abilities; No parole for manslaughter and above; Eunuchism of prison rapists;
