You tell me that I'm crazy.
You tell me I'm a fool.
You say that I am just like
All the boys in school.

You say that I am hopeless.
You say that I'm nowhere.
I tell you that I'm different,
But you don't seem to care.

You hurt me with your cruelty,
It's oh-so hard to bear.
I told you that I loved you,
But that got me nowhere.

That is why I'm leaving.
I can see no other way.
You will never stop me.
I'm leaving you today.
