He was gonna shoot first, but decided that he would give peace a chance. He was trying to remember if he left the iron on. He was thinking about a nifty line to say, but all he could come up with was "I'll bet you--hey, you shot at me, you #%^$&!" He was thinking, "Man, if I invest those 17,000 credits at 5.7% interest compounded annually, after five years I'd have...I'd have...more wealth than I could possibly imagine!" He was thinking how much Chewie needed a haircut. His translation was a little slow. He was still working on "Oota goota, Solo?" The safety was on. He was wishing that he had one of those Kenner lightsaber toys. Now those are dangerous! He was thinking about that new movie coming out, "Alderaan Antilles, and the Raiders of the Lost Holocron" He was trying to catch the bartender's attention to buy Greedo a drink. He was debating the merits of a smuggler's life versus turning legitimate and moving to a nice home in the country. Wondering why Obi-Wan didn't try his Jedi mind tricks on him. Busy preparing to talk to a computer generated image, filling up with tough guy lines such as, "Don't send those twirps after me!" Finally, Han was trying to decide who would win in the battle of the Enterprise versus a Star Destroyer. ---------------------------------------------------------------- From: cpierson@tiac.net (Chris Pierson) Subject: Re: Reasons Han let Greedo shoot first Date: 18 Dec 1996 16:13:29 GMT In article <01bbecfa$ee8fc800$698f92cf@fantasia>, Matt Parks wrote: 15.
